Checking in is fast and easy. This medical business practices calls and messages and email appointment reminding. I appreciate that. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and smiling. The nurses and medical staff personnel are professional, trained, and perform as a team. I always have a great medical experience here. The staff seem to work well together and are well managed. The ladies on the appointment phones are incredibly helpful and friendly and patient. I applaud them.

I love this office! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, yet professional and on point. I was very impressed by the front office staff, especially Dori. Everything ran super smoothly. I was impressed that I was greeted by name and staff introduced themselves to me. This is completely opposite to my previous urologist. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Brodak. He asked questions and then listened to my responses. He explained clearly what our treatment plan would be, and then asked if I had anymore questions. In other words, I felt like we were all on the same page working together to address my problem. I strongly recommend this office and would give it 5 stars.

Other than typo corrections for my basic 'registration' that still needs attention (street address, insurance etc) for my initial visit, I'm pleased with the doctor and quite comfortable with her recommendation and approach to my concern. I would recommend this office to others, no problem! And thank you for your care. Looking forward to my follow up and further ideas that may arise.

The experience was great. From the check in at the beginning to the completion of the procedure. Check in was quick, precise and easy to manage and follow. Once in the back, Nurse Stephanie was outstanding with her details to make sure I was there for the correct procedure and her generosity was very warm felt as she prepared me for the operation. Dr. V followed up by introducing himself and submitting a play by play portfolio of what will happen and what to expect. He made the procedure very easy to follow and understand by drawing out a very detailed picture of the operation. This really put you at ease and comfort. I was very impressed with all the staff. My recovery nurse Tarrah was exceptionally comforting during my release from surgery. She called the next morning to check for any issues that I may have encountered after surgery. I am giving a big shout out to the staff, very professional and the quality of service was top notch. Highly Recommend this office.

The end to end process from intake for my appointment to checking out was seamless and quick. I got into my appointment very quickly with minimal waiting. The staff are very friendly and hard working. Dr. Talanki is a great listener. He explained my health issue and potential treatment options in detail and in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend him to close friends and family.
